LeadOS
Lead generation and follow-up for B2B teams
The lead and CRM platform we built for our own sales team: it finds companies from real signals, finds the right contacts, prepares messages for review and keeps every follow-up on a schedule. Nothing is sent without a person's approval.
Built for and used by our own team. Early access for other teams can be discussed.

Who LeadOS is for
Start with one high-value workflow and expand in controlled phases.
Project and industrial sellers
Teams that sell to contractors, fabricators and plants and track tenders, awards and events.
Small founder-led sales teams
Teams that need a disciplined follow-up routine without a heavy CRM.
Teams that sell several products
Companies that sell more than one product or brand and need leads kept apart and without duplicates.
Start with the paths that create risk, delay or leakage.
Leads from scattered places
Tenders, events, cards and referrals end up in notes, sheets and inboxes.
Follow-up that slips
Good leads go cold because the next step was never scheduled.
Duplicate and unchecked contacts
The same company is chased twice and addresses are used without a check.
What changes with LeadOS.
Signal-led leads
Leads are created from tender awards, hiring signals, events and referrals, with duplicates merged.
Review before anything goes out
Drafts are prepared for a person to edit and approve; one click sends a single email from your own workspace mailbox.
A schedule for every lead
Follow-up plans turn into tasks for email, WhatsApp, call or LinkedIn on the right day.
Configured to your terminology, workflows and approval limits.
Lead engine
Lead sources, scoring, and de-duplication across tenders, awards, hiring signals, events and referrals.
Contact finding
Company websites first, then provider lookups for named contacts, so details are checked before use.
Drafts and approvals
Brand- and product-aware drafts with compliance checks; nothing is sent automatically.
Follow-up and call desk
Chase plans, tasks and a call desk with WhatsApp and phone shortcuts and outcome logging.
Pipeline, quotes and events
Stages, quotes, a scheduler, exhibition lists and a digital visiting card.
Reports and mobile capture
Scorecard, forecast and activity reports, plus quick capture and share-to-capture on a phone.
From a signal to a scheduled follow-up.
Find
Pick up a signal such as an award, hiring notice or event.
Qualify
Score the lead and merge duplicates.
Reach
Find the contact and prepare a draft for review.
Follow up
Schedule the next steps by email, WhatsApp or call.
Close
Track the quote and the outcome.
