Lead follow-up that does not depend on memory
How a lead record with an activity timeline, scheduled follow-ups and approve-before-send messages keeps small B2B teams organised.
Where leads get lost
Small B2B teams rarely lose leads to bad products. They lose them to the gap between a first conversation and the second one. A promise to follow up next week lives in someone's head, a business card, a chat message or a spreadsheet row, and none of those remind anyone.
The fix is not a bigger tool. It is a record per lead that always shows what happened, what is next and who owns it.
A lead is a timeline
LeadOS keeps each lead as a timeline: where the company was found, which contacts were identified, which messages were drafted and sent, what replies came back, and what is due next. A new person picking up the lead sees the whole story without asking.
- One record per company and contact, with the source noted.
- Follow-ups scheduled on the record and shown on a daily list.
- Replies attached to the lead so the next step is clear.
Approve before send
Automation in outreach is easy to get wrong. In LeadOS, messages are prepared for review and nothing is sent without a person's approval. Sending is one message at a time, not a bulk blast. This keeps the sender in control of tone, accuracy and who is contacted, and avoids mistakes such as a wrong greeting or an unverified address.
The platform also checks whether an email address is well-formed and whether a phone number follows a valid format. These are format checks. They do not prove that an address or number is live, so the team still reviews contacts before sending.
Built for our own team first
LeadOS is the platform we built for and use in our own sales work, including finding companies from public signals and keeping follow-ups on schedule. Early access for other teams can be discussed. If you run a small B2B team and want to try this approach on one product line, we can set up a pilot together.
Start small
Pick one product and one list of target companies. Record every touch for a month. At the end, look at which sources produced replies and which follow-ups slipped. That review is the real return of the first month, and it shows what to automate next.
We do not publish claims about conversion or revenue gains, because they depend on the team, the product and the market.
